FAQs

My friend is having a baby, should I get her a Hatched Collective set?

Of course, what a fantastic idea! The newborn days just fly by in a sleepless and love filled blur. Just as you’ve mastered the breast/ bottle feeding routine you then feel like you’re starting all over with introducing solids. Help take the stress away from new parents by getting them all the essentials to set them up for introducing solids to their child. Not only will they be super grateful to have all the tools they need, their babies will still be using their sets for years to come!

What is a good colour option for my baby?

Here at Hatched Collective we truly believe that colours are for everyone, not just a specific gender. Go ahead and pick the colour you love, not the colour you think your baby ‘should’ have! If you’re still undecided as to which colour to choose from, maybe go with the colour that matches your decor in your home. Everyone loves a bit of matchy, matchy!

Do you offer free shipping?

We certainly do! All order over $99 will receive free shipping within Australia & New Zealand. This discount will be automatically applied at the checkout.

Do the bibs come in different sizes?

One size fits all! This means you can adjust the size of the bib as your baby grows all the way into the toddler years.

What is the Hatched Collective silicone feeding range made from?

The Hatched Collective Ultimate Silicone Feeding Set is made with safety and quality at the forefront of our product design. These products are made using 100% food grade silicone and are completely non-toxic which means they are free from BPA and Pthylates.

How do I clean my products?

To clean, simply wash with warm soapy water in the sink or pop straight into the dishwasher. Avoid abrasive scourers or coming into contact with sharp objects, such as knives, as this will damage the silicone.

Why does my feeding set have white spots on it from the dishwasher?

The white spots are caused from the minerals in the water which collect on the products when they air dry. You will notice this happens to your glasses and containers in the dishwasher too. A simple solution for this is to dry the products with a tea towel instead or letting them air dry.

Can I heat my child’s food using the plates/ bowls in the microwave or store them in the freezer?

Yes you can! The products can withstand temperatures ranging from -50℃ to 200℃.
